The Experimental Finish Series is where Nulu gets the most adventurous: barrels of straight bourbon are moved into casks that previously held wine, brandy or Cognac and left there for months at a time, with the team tasting them diligently to make sure the finish is heavily present throughout the nose, palate and finish rather than a faint accent. This release spent six months in barrels seasoned with sherry and apple brandy, a combination of fortified wine and orchard-fruit brandy cask that sets it apart from the rest of the series, which has included Tawny Port and Amburana finishes. Each bottling is drawn from a specific barrel, and proof varies from barrel to barrel. Releases in the series are limited and allocated, with priority going to the retailers that have backed Nulu most. Give it a few minutes in the glass and a few drops of water if the strength runs hot.

Buy Nulu Experimental Series Sherry Apple Brandy Barrel Finished Bourbon Whiskey online with fast shipping right to your door.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0756/0475/4685/files/nulu-experimental-series-sherry-apple-brandy-barrel-finished-bourbon-whiskey_1.jpg?v=1792719860
https://favnaro.com/products/nulu-experimental-series-sherry-apple-brandy-barrel-finished-bourbon-whiskey
