Fill your home with the beauty of this exquisitely detailed and stunningly beautiful hand-made Northern Lapwing bird miniature art from the western state of Rajasthan, India.
The northern lapwing is a bird in the lapwing subfamily. It is common through temperate Euro Siberia. It is highly migratory over most of its extensive range. It is a wader that breeds on cultivated land and other short vegetation habitats. 3–4 eggs are laid in a ground scrape. The nest and young are defended noisily and aggressively against all intruders. In winter, it forms huge flocks on open land, particularly arable land and mud-flats.
Don’t miss the opportunity to own this superb handmade painting of a northern lapwing nesting with its eggs. Each talon and feather is colorfully painted which brings out the exceptional quality of this miniature art from India.
