Batroun Mountains Arak 7

Batroun Mountains Arak 7 is a premium Lebanese arak from Batroun Mountains, the family winery and distillery in the hills above the ancient coastal town of Batroun in northern Lebanon, known for organic, terroir-driven wines and arak. Arak is Lebanon's national drink, made by distilling grape wine and redistilling it with aniseed for a clean licorice flavor and the famous milky cloud that appears when cold water is added.

Arak 7 is bottled at a full 50% ABV, with a bold, pure anise character over a clean grape spirit base and a long, warming finish that stands up beautifully to dilution. Serve it the traditional way, one part arak to two parts cold water, then ice, in a small glass alongside hummus, tabbouleh, kibbeh, and grilled meats. This 750 ml bottle is an authentic taste of Batroun.
